System Features:
RFID Tags are used to identify the tags during the process of vehicle service which are pasted on the windshield.
The tags are loaded with service information and details of parts changed / repaired / refueled during the process. The information and part numbers are added in the central service.
Handheld readers are used to read / write the information at various stages.
Live updates on vehicle service are sent to customer / vehicle owner on registered mobile number.
Whenever new car arrives for service, it is identified via tag that is pasted during its last visit to the workshop.
Customer can view the details of service required on a central server / OPAC.
Billing system is automated via pushing e-bills to the customer on the mail
