What to do soon after purchasing the product? How to activate product warranty
Follow the steps to active the product warranty and avail repair / replacement service of ETS:

Subject line of mail: Warranty (10 digit UID Number)
Mail Body: Activate warranty for (UID) and (OTP)
Mention your Name, Registered Mobile Number and full Address
(The warranty will be activated from the date mail is received with ETS)
We’re disappointed if you’re not completely satisfied with your ETS purchase. We take a lot pride in our products and service! If you are experiencing a problem with a ETS purchase, please take a minute to read the information below to determine if your issue is covered under the ETS warranty.
We want you to be totally psyched about the products you purchase directly from Eco Track Systems. If at any time within 7 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund*. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our Money Back Guarantee. Also, associated shipping fees are not refundable. NOTE: this guarantee only applies to orders directly placed on Eco Track Systems.
MONEY REFUND POLICY TERMS
Item must not be damaged. The merchandise must be in like new condition. Any scratch on the items or any of its accessories will not be treated under the policy.
Item must be returned with actual packing cover, original box, including device, charger, battery, instructions and all other components.
Shipping charges will apply (to be in scope of buyer)
This Policy is not applicable on few merchandise. Kindly ask the concerned ETS sales team member while buying the product.
Product for refund to be intimated within 7 days from product delivery (including weekly offs or any other government holiday)
The policy does not covers bulk purchase items
Money back applies only to items bought directly from Eco Track Systems.
Eco Track systems reserves the right to accept or reject the items under the policy after examination.
In case the items is rejected under policy terms, cost of collection of item to be paid by the buyer in advance / to be collected from support centre.
Applicable amount will be refunded after deducting the transaction processing charges directly to the account from which payment was received
For application of the refund / warranty policy, buyers is required to claim the product within 24 hours after receiving the product by sending product’s Unique Identification Number and OPT sent on registered mobile number at warranty@etsrfid.com. No product shall be treated under the policy if application is received later than stipulated time frame.

WARRANTY REPAIR & REPLACEMENT SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS
Eco Track Systems will replace your product or part free of charge if your product or part has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty below. Warranty / repair policy applies to product delivered brought at ETS repair facility only.

Returns that don’t qualify for warranty coverage will be returned to customers. It is vital that you communicate with ETS’s Customer Support Team before sending in your return. Please contact us by clicking on the Contact Us link on our website.
Please note that to avail service / repair, merchandise is to be delivered and picked from respective ETS support center on custom cost only. i.e does not covers on site warranty unless complete solution / system is installed by Eco Track Systems
Item warranty is applicable in 1 year, 3 year and 5 years comprehensive warranty basis.
ECO TRACK SYSTEMS WARRANTY
Eco Track Systems products and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects one (1) year from the original date of purchase. ETS’s sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at ETS’s sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Eco Track Systems assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Eco Track Systems be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. Product damaged during shipping of the product from customer side shall solely be treated in scope of user. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.
