ETS-RT 14 is used for household waste management application to optimise and track the collection of daily
waste and thus potentially reduce the waste disposal cost and improve the process efficiency. The tags are
attached outside the houses which are automatically scanned by the RFID readers installed on the waste
collection vehicle or by the handheld mobile devices carried by the waste collectors. The tag reading marks
the collection of waste from the respective location and transfers the data in real time to the municipal
corporation/ government servers for monitoring and analysis.
The collected data is further used by agencies to optimise the collection routes and track bin locations. Our
uniquely designed tag for waste management is 100% made in India and IP67 rated to ensure smooth
functioning and withstanding in extreme outdoor conditions like rain, dust, heat and cold temp. The tag can
be fixed on the concrete/metal base using nail/rivet method. ETS-RT 14 is available in NFC (Mifare 13.56 MHz)
and UHF (865 - 928 MHz) frequency depending on the requirement of the project. The tag can be fully
customized based for printing logo, QR Code, Tag chip ID etc.
ETS-RT 14 is currently being used at more than 2.75 lakh households across India for various smart city waste
collection initiatives.
The tag is 100% at par with the norms laid down by the municipal corporations for waste collection process.
