Description
ETS-RT 07 B is a high performance RFID UHF Laundry Tag made with silicon material. It is extremely flexible and durable in nature and allows simultaneous read range of up to 3 mt (dependent on reader used and environment conditions). It works on global UHF frequency (865 – 928 MHz) and is fully compliant with ISO18000-6C (EPC-Gen2) protocol. With an inbuilt Alien Higgs 3 chip, this tag is widely used in laundry applications for washing, dry-cleaning, ironing and drying purpose. Its small, soft and flexible material makes it an ideal tag for clothes, textile and linen. It can continuously resist high temperature of industrial washing. These tags can be used for 200 wash cycles with soap/detergent with hot water.
- There are various ways to attach these tags to the linen:
- Put the tags in small cloth material poches and sew them into the hem or seam. The pouches can have branded logo, text, unique serial number etc.
- Heat sealing
- Directly sewing it to the hem or seam.
